Returns

We generally do not have a returns policy, which means that returns are not accepted until and unless the product you receive is damaged or does not match what was ordered. Even in this case, we offer product exchange service.

For returns that are damaged or mismatched, the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the item. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

To initiate the return process, you may contact us at info@ibnalarabifoundation.com. Please note that we will share the returns address at the time of agreeing to return the product via email.

Our official address is: Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us will not be accepted without first requesting a return. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United Arab Emirates, shipping of your goods may take longer than expected. Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return to let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, a replacement for the same product will be sent.
